Training, qualifications & experience 

Based in Cambridge, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Birkbeck Counselling Association (BCA).

I also have a Level 7 qualification, MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling & Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London.

My psychotherapy and counselling expertise has been developed through working at:

  • Cogwheel Counselling (Cambridge)

  • Mind Hertfordshire Network

I have always had a keen interest in psychology, and before retraining as a therapist, I worked as a senior manager and consultant in higher and further education, specialising in market research, customer behaviour and curriculum development.

I continue to undertake regular professional development to ensure my practice remains up to date. Recent training includes:
